Opinion:At the current time, I find the AI tools to be incredibly useful. Not only did it help me generate this article, it also helped me generate the associated image for this post (using Dall-E2).

With that said, I've also experimented with it for assistance creating other articles and writing some C# code. I've found that it just plain out gets things wrong at times.

In the case of some articles, it just made stuff up and I have no idea where it got the information. From a creative standpoint, this is impressive. From an accuracy and factual standpoint, this is rather frightening.

As far a generating code, it was helpful and served as a starting point for what I was working on, but it was still buggy and required a fair amount of troubleshooting and revision.

So, are we at risk?

I think we are safe... for now.
